If destroyed Rasputin gains a new body in 10 (3d6) years, regaining all hit points and becoming active again. The new body appears within 5 feet of the reliquary. However, if the reliquary ever is destroyed, Rasputin immediately is reduced to 0 hit points and dies, permanently.
Turn Resistance. Rasputin has Advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.
Undead. When Rasputin sold his soul he became an undead creature. As undead he is immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition. In addition, when reduced to 0 hit points, Rasputin must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + damage taken. On a success, he drops to 1 hit point instead.

Creation Notes
Non-Warlock Spells. In keeping with the powers displayed in the movie, Rasputin was given Animate Objects and Scrying as warlock spells.Rasputin's Unholy Reliquary (magic item)
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a warlock)This reliquary is a glass vial encased in a metal enclosure with a serpent and skull motif, inside is a dull glowing green liquid.
The reliquary grants Rasputin a +1 bonus to his warlock spell save DC and spell attack rolls. It also acts as a spellcasting focus.
Should the reliquary ever be reduced to 0 hit points, it is destroyed. Upon its destruction, Rasputin is also reduced to 0 hit points and dies, permanently. The reliquary has a 14 AC, 4 Hit Points, and damage resistance against all nonmagical damage.
Bartok the Magnificent
" I'd give her a HA! And a Hi-YA! And the a OUU-WA! And I'd kick her, sir. "Rasputin's familiar. Bartok doesn't have any real impact on the story, but he does have some humorous lines. Treat him as a imp that can take the form of a tiny white bat (fly 40 ft.).
